Had an interview with the recruiter. Then was given a case to submit. It included a complete partnership strategy. From building a process to finalizing and closing it. Thoroughly unprofessional. I was told there will be a hiring manager call after to answer questions as most of the questions I had for a senior role like this were not answered. Later, I was sent a case that required 3 hours (realistically more like 8-10). I gave pushback that I needed more clarity on the role before I committed to such a case. They asked for my questions. They were answered very superficially. I sent the case after spending a lot of time. Got an automated rejection. Would not recommend the company. Fairly immature processes and team.
