This has to be the least professional company I've ever interacted with.
The interview process lasted 3-4 weeks, and consisted of six interviews. Everything was going well until the sixth interview.
My sixth interviewer was incredibly unprofessional. He didn't know my name, hadn't read my resume, and had absolutely no idea what job I was interviewing for. He was literally just making things up as we went. During our video call, he kept having side conversations with friends at family at his home. At one point, he left me talking to myself and got up to talk to a friend, and when I finished speaking and asked if he was still there he said "yeah that's a great story" or something similar that indicated he had not heard anything I'd just said.
The final straw came when he started clipping his nails in our video call. I figured this was some sort of test, because there's no way this was normal. Then they ghosted me for 2-3 weeks, without any communication. There are things that are tolerable, but ghosting candidates who have invested many hours is simply unacceptable.
Then suddenly I started copied in emails meant for their customers. On multiple occasions, I had to tell them they were copying me in emails to their customers. To this day, four or five weeks after the last interview, they still haven't technically rejected me - they've just ghosted me without any communication.
