Very Unprofessional!! After I sent my unsolicited resume, the owner showed interest in my profile. We made a phone appointment which he missed. After trying to reach 2 time by linkedIn message to remind him we were supposed to have a call, he finally responded a week later saying he was sorry he had missed our call. He ask me to reschedule via his agenda. We finally spoke and he again showed interest in my expertise saying that it was different for the rest of his team and liked it. He ask me to do a test. Which I did. 2 weeks past...no news. I had to sent a message saying that I would appreciate a return on my application after doing the test. Another week past, I sent a last note. He finally answered with a very short note telling that the test results was inconclusive. My take on this is that I really hope they don't do this kind of unprofessional, nonchalant follow up with their costumers. They are helping business owners to reach their goals with their sales forces. Hopefully they don't teach this way to treat people.
