The interview process is very lengthy. They are behavioral based using "Targeted Selection". There will be many "Tell me about a time...." questions. Negotiation is pretty much non existant.

interview process is lengthy - HR interview followed by a couple behavioral interviews, took a few weeks to get a final decision. Behavioral based questions can be hard although they do a good job of providing resources to help prep for interviews.
