Very intense interview, recruiter was very straight forward. Unfortunately, being yourself is not what most companies want and the recruiter hinted at that several times in my interview. I was asked questions twice, asking to be honest. Lie! Lie! Lie! With them.

8 prerecorded behavioral questions, 2 attempts to record 3 min answers which must be delivered in STAR format. Wish I had a few days to prep, I would have done much better. I was invited to the next round of interviews, so I guess it was alright. There are some helpful YouTube videos about preparing in advance for behavioral style questions and the STAR format. I suggest taking time out to study those a few days before hand.
