Applied through my schools recruiting process and had an on campus interview. The interview was absolutely the worst experience of my life. I consider myself to be an above average candidate for internships. Involved on campus, and good GPA. But the questions they asked were so complex and confusing. The interviewers were AWFUL. So rude, the one got up and left the table during the part of the interview where I was able to ask them questions. I would not have taken a job at Progressive even if they had offered it to me. Their manager conducting the interviews should be fired he was so inappropriate. Terrible representation of their company, they should be embarrassed. Also you have to take an "exam."

I had a phone interview with one of the IT managers. They were looking for more hardware and server side experience than software. Most of the question were STAR format. Reviewed resume and asked some technical questions.
