I applied for this job on December 7th, 2015. On December 8th I received an e-mail to complete an assessment which took me about an hour. I received e-mail in December 30th, 2015 advising that I basically did well on the assessment and to be on the lookout for an e-mail with a link to schedule my phone interview. I received the e-mail to schedule the phone interview on January 6th, 2016. I was offered to dates, January 12th and January 13th so I decided to take schedule it for the 12th. During my my phone interview, the recruiter briefly went over the role, company and asked me 3 interview questions which needed to be answered using the STAR format. I received an e-mail the same day advising that they wanted to forward to the final phase of the interview process which was an on-site interview. At this time, I also received a separate email to start the background check. I went for my on-site interview on January 15th. I received a call on January 18th from the recruiter advising me that they wanted to move forward with me but couldn't make an official offer until my background check was complete. My background check was completed on January 19th and the recruiter called me today (January 20th, 2016) to extend an official offer. She went over the offer letter before emailing it to me. The process was a little longer for me compared to other applicants I have seen on here. However everyone from the recruiter to the managers I interviewed with was awesome. I loved observing how the employees interacted with one another while I was waiting to begin my interview. And I love how the service center looked just like the Progressive commercials!!! Lol. I am super excited about working for such a great company. I have read so many good things about them. I love how interactive the HR department is on social media and job boards with potential candidates. I honestly have no complaints regarding the process.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
