Very quick to schedule a panel interview with other team members that went great. Got a phone call from the manager and got a verbal offer. Got a written job offer from the director that was rescinded because I *dared* to ask if salary was flexible before signing. Typical nonprofit that wants you to buy into their mission over financially appreciating their employees.

There was one phone screening and one video interview. The interviewers were very nice and the interview was easy. However, after the interview I followed up twice after being ghosted for 2 weeks. I was told that there would be an update the following week. I never received an update. If I didn't reach out for an update, I would never heard back.
