Series of interview tests on the topic followed by actual interview with the testers. The tests were average difficulty, with easy to understand questions and very interesting approach to the evaluation methods.

Friendly, relaxed and informative. The hiring is done through a friend basis, whether you have an acquaintance working in the firm who can recommend you. Overall a nice experience, very lovely atmosphere.
