The overall interview consisted of five rounds. The first is with HR, the second is with the VP of Customer Success, the third is with the Account Management team and one Customer Success Manager, the fourth is with the Manager of Account Management, and lastly, the co-founder who is also COO. I was excited to progress in the interview process after researching how RFPIO outperforms its competitors with its continual development and strong performance year after year. CEO Ganesh has even appeared in several articles of the Portland Business Journal because of his entrepreneurial spirit and success.
I've never met such a tight knit team that had open arms when speaking out my experience so it felt more conversational. Right away, I knew working for this team and organization would be a fit!
You will be asked standard interview questions to gain a sense of who you are and why you are applying to the organization. I was offered the AM role and was more than excited for this opportunity. However, the compensation seemed more along the lines of entry-level when considering my professional experience and local data for this role.
In conclusion, great company with a very bright future because of it's strong product offering and dedication to its clients, but it seemed my offered compensation was based on a status quo within the organization instead of my unique experience and skill. I would've loved to move forward with the offer, but it just wouldn't have been feasible for my family during this unprecedented time.

Phone screen, video interview with two different people. Nothing really unusual about their interviewing process. Some of the interviewer seemed engaged in one of them just seemed like she was going through the motions.
