The interview was quick and easy, it didn't take very long and was very concise in the questions asked. My only recommendation would be to have more transparency, especially about the company infrastructure and if they were planning to sell/re-distribute the budget.

It was a three staged in-person interview that started with my manager and next with a sales department lead. The third stages was with the director of business development who took me on a 3 hour long interview.
