I applied via LinkedIn, the person in charge of the recruitment process contacted me via email to arrange the first interview, the second interview was with the CTO, the next interview was with the Chief People Manager, I had an additional interview with the person in charge of the Delivery team and finally I had an interview with the client.

During the interviews the questions are focused on general information and a lot of detail about the specific experience and the type of project I have led. In one of the interviews, they exposed a case of a project, with certain situations in terms of team, roles, scope, problems, etc., and after a time of about 15 minutes to analyze it, I had to deliver information about how I would receive the project, how I would manage the leadership, risk management, client and team management and everything related to the organization and planning of the project.
