Just as described on the website, almost exactly. The maths and English questions are much quicker, shorter and simpler than I was expecting. 37 - 17 = x * 4 find x. English questions I found to be quite simple, with a couple based on word association which can be tricky if a couple of the words are unfamiliar to you. I would recommend practising some cubiks logiks intermediate tests before sitting the tests.
Working styles questions were tricky, as all the traits seemed to be desirable traits. So it was hard not to want to click strongly agree to them all. Don't know what to suggest regarding this, other than to check the Shell values and really think about what they are looking for, and what your answer might suggest about you.
