Started with online tests, both numerical and situational. After a long wait, i was invited for a telephone interview which lasted about 1hr 20 mins. The first part of the interview was competency based, "tell me a time when...", this was followed by a short section of motivational questions " why the oil and gas industry? why shell? I heard back from Shell in 9 days (inc weekend) to offer me a position.
