First, there was a virtual interview, where there were 3 questions which I had to answer and record. After their review, there was an online interview regarding my project and a case study (already provided by them), questions on these 2 things followed by situation-based questions.

Shell’s interview process usually begins with online assessments and progresses to a Final Assessment, which includes a business case study presentation and a behavioral interview. Throughout the process, assessors evaluate your problem-solving ability, communication skills, leadership potential, teamwork, adaptability, commercial awareness, and how you approach complex business challenges and decisions.
