The entire process was quick as smooth. It consisted of 4 stages of interviews with multiple members of the team, one of which technical (no code review or leetcode test, just a conversation about decisions in multiple situations for a day-to-day work)
I found it to be ideal, it tells more about the programmer than a test so I was pleasantly surprised.
The entire process took close to 2 weeks which is very fast for the standards in the industry, again, positively so.

Entrevista inicial, Prueba Técnica, Entrevista Técnica con el equipo, Entrevista con el tech manager.
Todo muy rápido (incluso siendo Agosto) y bien definido, no me ha dado la sensación de tener que explicar/defender lo mismo multiples veces.
