Initially the process seemed to go fairly smoothly. I interviewed with the recruiter, marketing head, and the sales director (hiring manager). Then as a final step I was asked to interview with the CEO. The interview seemed to go well. He even remarked that everybody really liked me. In all my interviews it almost seemed like a certainty that things were moving forward. Discussing specific regions in detail almost leading me to think a job offer was coming. Then it dragged and it took nearly 6 weeks for them to tell me that they already had too many reps in Florida. Something that was clear from the beginning. I am not upset for not being selected. What bothers me more than anything is the amount of my time they wasted.
