Great interview! Had General questions, then some problem solving. Most of the questions were with emphasis on a person. The process was relatively quick. had to go through application and submit references.

Phone Interview with a basic screening to review the application I submitted. Then, was brought in for in person interview where I met for breakfast with 2 staff members for the department just to better get to know them and them to know me, did a campus tour and had lunch with another staff member, then met with head of department.
