      I had an extremely negative experience with this company’s interview process. It stretched over 4 weeks, with 4 rounds of interviews that required extensive preparation. Despite clearing all rounds with no feedback on negatives or areas for improvement and scoring well on all parameters, the process ended on a completely unprofessional note. After a month of rigorous interviews, they informed me that their client had decided to pause hiring due to a lack of ongoing projects. This could have been communicated earlier, sparing candidates time and effort. Worse, they took several days to even provide this update, demonstrating a complete lack of consideration for candidates’ time. What’s even more frustrating is their hollow claims during the process. They proudly state that they don’t negotiate salaries because they offer the “best packages” and only hire “top talent.” However, they ended up moving forward with less qualified candidates who accepted significantly lower salaries. It’s clear that their decision-making lacks consistency and transparency, and their promises don’t align with their actions. Overall, this organisation comes across as tone-deaf, poorly managed, and lacking in direction. If this is how they treat candidates during the hiring process, I can’t imagine how they operate internally.
