Very professional in-person interview with the hiring manager. Went through the commitment Holt-Cat has with Value Based Leadership (VBL) with their company from the executive leadership all the way down. They have a growth mindset for their employees to get better not only professionally but personally as well. They were very clear about their expectations for this candidate and about the geographical area of responsibility. The interview lasted well over an hour. A great experience. The second interview was about a week later with two other operational leaders within the company. Questions were very probing in the area of previous experiences but relevant to the proposed position. A very professional experience. They made me feel quite comfortable.
