Analog mostly from rcl ckts, their Freq response, opamps
with diodes. No questions on bjt. Digital had assertion reason type question from microprocessor/computer architecture , Boolean expression, mux, verilog, Pvt mosfet dependace, static timing analysis, sram dram etc. Aptitude was basic math
i did the technical interview for 1h with two senior engineers using webex for the analog design engineer role and had to annotate using the mouse so it was uncomfortable
