Fairly standard first round with a recruiter call and then moved on to the hiring manager call. Both calls were relatively standard and nice. I then got a request for a follow up round where I submitted availability - but never heard back. Overall, I felt their process is disrespectful of candidates time given that I rearranged my schedule to ensure I could make a "suggested time" work, but was then ghosted. I understand that everyone is busy, but that is simply unprofessional.
