I was contacted by a recruiter and submitted my resume. I spoke with the engineering manager on the phone and was invited to come to Redmond, WA for an in-person interview. I meet with four (4) people at the Redmond facility one-on-one. The total time it took for the entire interview was about three (3) hours. I was not impressed with how they handled my travel; red eye flight coming in and a red eye flight leaving the next day. I wasn't asked if this would be acceptable. The hotel they set me up in was in pretty poor condition as well and under renovations. Trying to get reimbursed for my travel expenses has been very difficult as well. I submitted the forms, got a response back asking more questions outside of the reimbursement form and haven't heard anything since. It has been over four (4) months since the interview and my emails aren't being answered.
