Had a phone interview with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator and the interview took approximately 30 minutes. After the phone interview with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator she scheduled a face to face interview with the Supervisor hiring for the open position. The interview with the hiring Supervisor lasted about 1 hour, and he gave me a tour of the facility before performing the interview so that I can observe the process the job entails. It gave me the opportunity to see what the job would be like and I can better answer the questions the interviewer may have and it would help me think of any questions relating to the open position. I received positive feedback from the hiring Supervisor and was impressed by the resume and was willing to make an offer, but had other candidates scheduled to interview before making an offer.
