It was thorough and well thought out. Before the interview, they asked me to bring in some things I have knit and crocheted to see if I had a solid enough grasp on the concepts. They did also ask more in depth questions about my knitting expertise to see how well I would be able to assist customers. I think the way they structured the interview was a great way to find the right people for the team.
