In 2021 Remote Recruitment Process, Zifo RnD Solutions came to our campus for campus placement. Their Selection process is complex and unique, but quite Innovative and interesting. The selection process was online and we participated from home in front of webcam ( Proctered).
There are 3 rounds
1. Apti and Gamified Round
2. Scientific, Comprehensive and Advanced Gamified round
3. 1:1 Interview
Round 1 : In round 1 they gave nearly 40 Aptitude questions in 30 min to solve. And then there was 35 min to attempt a video game puzzle which we have to play using keyboard.
Round 2 : Round 2 have 3 segments, segment 1 was scientific, where 10 MCQ were given from a predetermined subject of candidates choice. Subjects were from Pharmaceutical Research , Chemistry and statistics area.
2nd segment was a Comprehensive round, were candidates have to write an Essay on topics.
3rd segment had 5 video games of variable Difficulty.
Round 3 : Round 3 is general HR interview, with some addition of Mathematics and Interview Puzzles.

The first level consists of a " rocket maze" kinda game and aptitude, those who are qualified in this level , will move to second level which is essay writing based on a given image (which will be a general topic) and a technical question round with 10 questions ( for which materials will be provided prior to the interview process). The results of this round will take time. Those selected in this round will have an HR round in the office. This round is purely 1v1 aptitude test . The interviewer will give questions one by one to solve , there is no time limit, they will ask us to explain the logic behind the answers and what method we used to solve it. There will be roughly 12-15 questions. They may also ask general questions like "tell me about yourself" and " explain your final year project" . This is the final round and those who make it through this round will recieve the offer letter after a while. The whole interview process will take around 2-3 months .

Find the distance kinda questions, logical thinking questions like a frog is inside a pit of depth 20m , it climbs 5m in the day and slides back 4m in the night, how many days will it take to reach the top of the pit.

It was through campus placement. They asked about my resume, the projects I had done. and some basic aptitude questions. The questions were really easy and they give you sometime to solve it and explain to them. also they basically want to see your problem solving approach.
