Thorough interview process with a few different stages. Initial Teams interview with the manager and a key stakeholder in the business - they were able to give me a decent overview of the role and were very honest with their approach. Second part of the interview was an in person discussion with the head of department and then meeting with a director. Everyone seemed engaging and passionate about the business.
