Arcadis’ Chief Delivery Officer, Hans Dekker had the pleasure of joining His Majesty King Willem-Alexander and Her Majesty Queen Máxima of the Netherlands on a trade mission last week to broaden economic and knowledge cooperation between the Netherlands and the U.S. The visit was an opportunity to showcase Arcadis’ growing services and solutions in hashtag#climate adaptation, sustainable port development, resilient infrastructure, hashtag#semiconductor and advanced technology facility design. A highlight of the visit was meeting with New York Governor, Kathy Hochul to discuss the state-of-the-art Albany NanoTech Complex where Arcadis is providing design, build and contractor services for a semiconductor fabrication facility. Breng 160 enthousiaste collega's samen en dat geeft vonken! 💥 Onze afdeling 'Resilience' verzamelde in de Kruitfabriek in Vilvoorde voor een inspirerende dag vol interactie en uitwisseling over boeiende onderwerpen. De voormiddag stond in het teken van onze strategische pijler ‘Powered by our People’, met de nadruk op diversiteit, inclusie en belonging. 🙌 De groep verdiepte zich in thema’s zoals inclusief vergaderen en onbewuste vooroordelen, en wisselden van gedachten over stellingen rond ongewenste omgangsvormen. In de namiddag verkenden ze 15 projectpresentaties, met projecten als NextGen (innovatiehub voor circulaire economie) en Kustvisie (bescherming van onze kust) die uitgelicht werden.
