"I had the privilege to give the opening keynote at the 13th annual Boozt Platform conference today. I spoke about the Innovator's Dilemma - when to jump on a new technology and when to stay within the comfort zone. No matter if it’s new technology or old technology used in a new way, then it all comes down to having the right people and a culture that welcomes innovation. Moving in small steps and promoting circular leadership helps us move in the right direction. What an amazing team we have and what an strong culture. It’s a pleasure to spend two days with internal and external knowledge sharing. When I can finish of my keynote with an “Innovation Wall of Fame” showcasing some of the small step innovations we have done on a slide like this, then I know we are doing so many things right. I look forward to the 21 talks tomorrow. Just wow!" Jesper Brondum on LinkedIn:
"I don't see me as a person that can talk endlessly for hours. As a matter of fact, I usually try to be very short and concise when I speak. However, a few time recently I've found myself caught up in detailed long conversations about the nitty gritty of CRM & personalization with people. This topic makes me talk. Therefore, I was thrilled today when I was given the chance to host a speech on the topic at hashtag#boozt Platform Conference. Thanks for inviting me Łukasz Pawłowski Tobias Sjölin Steffan Mølbæk Andersen and Jesper Brøndum and for letting me talk about how to humanizing the experience by connecting the dots between technology, customer data, content and channel orchestration at Booztlet. #BooztTech #BooztPTConference #CRM #marketingautomation #personalization" Maria Moreau on LinkedIn:

The first day is focused on external and business team speakers. It will be kicked off with Jesper Brøndum's keynote. Next, we'll be able to listen "The Chinese threat evolution and why supply chain matters" by Hugo Sigurdson. Just before the lunch break, Maria Moreau will share her experience on Booztlet CRM. After lunch, Rebecca Hugo will talk about Mobile UX Findings. The last talk of the day will be about the Claim Intelligence system by Jakob Frisenette Kristoffersen. "Born digital - when we say this about Boozt, we mean it has been tech-focused since its founding. Boozt was founded 13 years ago, and we are organizing our internal hashtag#boozttech Platform conference for the 13th time 💪 During the next two days, everyone at Platform - more than 200 developers in Sweden 🇸🇪, Denmark 🇩🇰, Poland 🇵🇱 and Lithuania 🇱🇹 - will gather to get inspired by external and internal speakers, bond and have fun! This year, we'll have ➡ 27 talks on three tracks: culture/ soft skills/ legal, data/ engineering/ BE and UX/ FE/ mental health. As always, the conference is packed with intriguing talks. I'm already planning to spend extra time after the event to dive into the topics I couldn't attend during the event. This year, I'm particularly excited about the discussions on emotional intelligence and mental health, including insomnia, imposter syndrome, burnout 🧘♀️ 🧘♂️ I want to give a special shout-out to my colleagues Tomas Michalkevic, Anton Gorbylev and Sadaf Farajian, who will be leading these sessions. I'm proud of you and looking forward for your talks! Power to the people 🙌 " Zivile Katkauske on LinkedIn:
May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Each year, the month is focused on a preselected theme. This year's theme is "Where to Start: Mental Health in a Changing World" (https://lnkd.in/gd8yhF9g). It is very accurate, especially for us in IT. Also, this week in Boozt, we have our annual Platform Conference. Each year, we organize two days of knowledge-sharing and socializing in Platform (our IT department). On the first day, external speakers shared their experiences with us. The second day is usually divided into three tracks, with talks prepared by our amazing team members. This year, we aligned a bit with Mental Health Awareness Month and covered some topics connected with mental health and mental well-being. We'll talk about insomnia, imposter syndrome, and burnout. Mental Health is a wide and complex topic. It is important to understand your limits and the impact of your environment on you. A good work environment is very important in that area. Boozt tries to support team members in many different ways, so why am I mentioning the Conference? First of all, our whole Platform team (over 200 people) participates in it, so it is a perfect platform for discussing mental health and underlining its importance. We try to build awareness and understanding that this is important and should be prioritized, and we are doing it by talking about it and adding it to our annual event agenda.
