#MentalHealthAwarenessMonth is a reminder that caring for ourselves includes caring for our minds. During Mental Health Awareness Month, Charter Next Generation's Chicago HQ hosted a meaningful Lunch & Learn with MaryGrace Sharp, MPH from the Alzheimer's Association®. We explored the importance of #brainhealth, how to recognize early signs of Alzheimer’s, and ways to support loved ones facing cognitive decline. Supporting brain health is one of the many ways we’re committed to #EnhancingLives — for our teams, our families, and our #communities. That’s why we’re proud to support the Walk to End Alzheimer’s this October, helping advance care, support, and research for those impacted by the disease.
