This summer, our Civil/Site Division is launching two workforce development initiatives designed to help shape the next generation of engineers! Through our new Intern Accelerator Program and a high school engineering shadowing initiative, we're providing students and emerging professionals with hands-on learning experiences, mentorship, and real-world exposure to the engineering profession. 👉Read how our teams are helping build the future of engineering.
Leadership from our Civil/Site team and Business Development team recently gathered for a strategy session focused on the future growth of the division. We're proud to share the delivery of the new Honor Guard Training Facility at Luke Air Force Base — a 7,000 sq ft facility designed to elevate the training and operations of the 56th Fighter Wing Airmen Honor Guard, who execute over 1,000 official ceremonial functions every year. Colliers Engineering & Design contributed civil engineering, land survey, and project coordination. See how community leadership and great teamwork deliver something lasting.
Our team recently joined community leaders and project partners to celebrate the ribbon cutting of the restored Alpheus Clark House in Penfield, NY! Our experts thoughtfully rehabilitated and transformed this historic site to support its next chapter. The project included extensive renovations, along with the addition of a modern event space, creating a destination that honors the site's rich history while serving the community for years to come.
A few weeks ago, our Survey & Geospatial teams came together in San Antonio for something special. 🤝 Offices from San Antonio, Aransas Pass, Houston, Addison, Southlake, Austin, and Oklahoma gathered to meet new faces, build connections, and talk about what's ahead — one team, representing the entire state. The future is bright when we move forward together. 🌟

Our Rochester office turned a friendly Euchre tournament into meaningful impact! With plenty of teamwork and a little healthy competition, the team raised over $300 to support their local community fund. These donations go right back into the Rochester community, fueling efforts like Canstruction, local food and clothing drives, and the Pirate Toy Fund. Proud of our team for having fun and giving back!
Inspiring the next generation of engineers starts with moments like these! ⚙️✨ Courtney Bentley and Brittney Mitchell from our Highways & Traffic Engineering team in Buffalo, NY recently volunteered at the Girl Scouts of Western New York's Day with an Engineer event, a hands-on STEM event sponsored by SAME (the Society of American Military Engineers) where students in grades K–8 explore what engineering is all about. #GirlsinSTEM #STEM #DayWithAnEngineer
✨Our structure for this year's Capital Region CANstruction is officially built and it is shining bright! Inspired by this year's theme, the Great AmeriCAN Roadtrip, our team built a lighthouse, symbolizing hope, guidance and direction. The structure is built entirely of canned food that will be donated to support families facing food insecurity in the Capital Region. #ColliersCares #ColliersCulture #Canstruction
