In the season of giving, we’re proud to highlight projects that give back year-round - like the Maine Medical Center Portland Campus Modernization. As project managers for this historic, multi-phase expansion, our Colliers Project Leaders | USA team guided Maine’s largest healthcare project through design, bidding, construction and close-out with sustainability leading every step. 🏥 From the LEED Silver-certified Coulombe Family Tower and Malone Family Tower to energy-efficient systems and flexible “universal” patient rooms that minimize future renovation needs, every phase reflects a deep commitment to environmental responsibility and long-term community care. This 360,000 gsf inpatient modernization introduced sustainable building strategies that promote better patient outcomes, improved staff efficiency and a smaller environmental footprint, truly a project that keeps on giving. 🏆 Recognized for design and sustainable excellence, this project earned distinctions such as the AIA Healthcare Design Award (2025), AGC Build Maine Award – Building Division Winner (2025) and Healthcare Environment Award – Honorable Mention (2025) - plus several more across architecture, interiors and engineering categories. #SeasonOfGiving #Sustainability #LEED #GreenBuilding #HealthcareDesign #MaineMedicalCenter #AwardWinningDesign

Check out our team’s build from Canstruction Rochester! Our team took the theme “Cosmic Conquest” to a whole new level, with UFOs invading fields made entirely of canned food! 🛸🌽 We’re proud to share that our team was awarded the Best Use of Labels Award, recognizing the most creative use of can labels to convey the theme and message. Congrats to our amazing team for their hard work and creativity! 👏 Canstruction may look like fun and games, but at heart it’s a powerful force for good. Started in 1992, the nonprofit design-build competition challenges architects, engineers and designers to collaborate in creating awe-inspiring sculptures made entirely of full cans of food. After the exhibit ends, all the canned goods are donated to local food banks. #CanstructionRochester #AlienLanding #TheStrongMuseum
🍴 A fresh take on campus dining at American University! The newly reimagined Terrace Dining Room (TDR), the university’s largest dining facility, has been transformed into a modern, engaging space that reflects the way students live, study and connect today. Driven by student feedback, the redesign shifts TDR from a traditional dining hall to a vibrant, fast-casual environment. The updated space features diverse dining options, flexible seating for every type of gathering and a dynamic atmosphere that encourages students to come together, whether for meals, conversation or collaboration. More than a dining facility, the new TDR serves as a central hub for campus life, where comfort meets community. #ColliersImpact #EducationDesign #CampusLife #BacktoSchool #DiningDesign
