A digital mindset is key to digital transformation. At Henkel, we launched a digital upskilling initiative for all Henkel colleagues around the world. Together with H-FARM and Accenture we developed online self-assessments to evaluate the status quo, offer specially-tailored training and support all colleagues on their digital learning journey. Champions of diversity. We are delighted to have been recognized as the most diverse company in the German stock index, DAX30, by the Boston Consulting Group. Dr Simone Bagel-Trah, Chairwoman of the Shareholders' Committee and Supervisory Board, proudly received the award on behalf of Henkel at a recent ceremony.
Discover the digitalization of dishwashing: As the first German consumer goods company, we are launching a campaign with the crowdfunding platform Indiegogo to test our new IoT device Somat Smart.
We proudly received the award for the 50 Most Loved Companies 2019 ranking, from Love Mondays (a Glassdoor company). Henkel Brazil is placed for the very first time, ranked 37th with 4.11 score. For the first time, charitable projects and initiatives had the chance to apply for the Million Chances award. The jury honored four initiatives for their exceptional commitment to girls and women in 2018.
