What a brilliant Power Calling Day! ⚡️ Big energy, bold ambition, and a room full of momentum as teams leaned in together and kept the atmosphere high throughout the day. A great example of how we create moments that inspire, motivate, and keep the momentum going.
To mark International Women’s Day, our Women of Impact employee resource group brought colleagues together for an open conversation about inclusion, allyship and the everyday actions that make a difference. It gave colleagues the chance to listen to lived experiences, learn from one another and consider the intentional choices that shape the kind of culture we want to build. The panel sparked thoughtful discussion across the room – and across the world – as we hosted our first global Learning Lounge, inviting colleagues from every region to be part of the conversation. We're committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels supported and able to thrive. Thank you to everyone who took part and joined us for the discussion.
What a day for our colleagues in Kuala Lumpur – celebrating Chinese New Year with shared traditions, plenty of laughter and a real sense of community. From tossing Yee Sang to welcoming the God of Fortune, the whole celebration was full of colour and joy. A perfect way to welcome the new year together! Well done to our Malaysia team for bringing the celebration to life and creating such a warm, joyful festival atmosphere in the office. And to all colleagues marking the season around the globe, wishing you a happy and prosperous Lunar New Year.
To mark International Day of Persons with Disabilities, dual Paralympian in football and judo, Darren Harris visited our HQ to share his story of resilience and determination with our team. From overcoming challenges to achieving sporting excellence across two disciplines, his insights left a lasting impact on everyone who attended. Our Disability Employee Resource Group (ERG) also led an open discussion, with members sharing their own experiences both inside and outside the workplace. Creating an environment where everyone belongs is fundamental to who we are. As a level 2 Disability Confident employer, we remain committed to ensuring our workplace is accessible, supportive and inclusive for all. Thank you to Darren and our ERG for an insightful and inspiring day.
Our Melbourne team recently volunteered at Ronald McDonald House Parkville as part of the Baking with Love program — cooking hearty meals for families with children receiving treatment at nearby hospitals. It was a day of teamwork, compassion, and living our community value in action. A huge thank you to everyone who made this possible!
A couple of weeks ago, our India offices lit up to celebrate Diwali – the Festival of Lights! Moments like these strengthen the sense of community that lies at the heart of who we are – one of our core Ideagen values. We hope everyone celebrating had a joyous and fulfilling Diwali!

Last week, our UK and Ireland Ideagen colleagues came together in Nottingham for an event to remember – filled with energy, collaboration and inspiration. Led by our CEO, Ben Dorks, the two days were packed with insightful highlights: diving into the Ideagen growth story, unlocking the power of brand with the brilliant James Peach, and celebrating incredible projects, achievements and innovation across the business – including the transformative impact of AI. We ended on a high note with our largest-ever collective community initiative, in partnership with Himmah and supported by volunteers from Nottingham Forest Community Trust and Nottingham Rugby – a powerful moment of connection, purpose and teamwork that left a lasting impact on everyone involved. From sparking fresh ideas to building meaningful connections, this was all about celebrating what makes us stronger together. We’re moving forward inspired, aligned and more united than ever as one Ideagen family. Here’s to the future!
It was lights, camera, action at Ideagen last week! We were delighted to welcome Branwen Jeffreys, BBC Education Editor, and the BBC News crew to our Nottingham HQ as part of their GCSE results day coverage. The team spoke with Kya and Kenya, two of our amazing apprentices, to hear about their career journeys so far – why they chose the apprenticeship route, the skills they’ve gained and what their future looks like in the exciting world of tech. Our Chief People Officer, Louise Tommasi, also spoke with Branwen to share how we’re committed to investing in early careers and the next generation of talent, and how our apprentices bring fresh energy, innovative thinking and make a real impact across the business.
