      As a patient care assistant on 5S at IU Health Methodist Hospital, Amy Hernandez juggles a wide variety of tasks for her patients—from getting them cleaned up to helping them order food and eat.       Tina Riddle is a nurse on Methodist Hospital's neuro critical care unit. For nearly three decades she's delivered high-quality compassionate care to some of the hospital's sickest patients. "Way back when I was an IUPUI grad I actually did some of my clinical time in here. I never even knew what neuro critical care was... but I absolutely fell in love.       Todd Zortman, a wound care certified (WCC) nurse, spent most of his nursing career working at the Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana. He worked there for 28 years, providing care for individuals recovering from life-altering injuries or illnesses - often, after they'd left IU Health Methodist or University hospitals. Zortman received a heart transplant at Methodist Hospital in October of 2021 and fully committed himself to regaining his strength and eventually returned to his job at RHI as a nurse before retiring a few years later. Retirement did not last long for Zortman, and he found himself seeking a new challenge.       Courtney Leisch is a registered nurse who works as a case manager on Methodist Hospital's medical surgical trauma floor. It's her job to ensure patients are discharged from the hospital in the safest, most efficient way possible. "It's a thousand piece puzzle to make sure everyone has a safe discharge.
