After a very successful eight years as Jack Henry's CEO, David Foss has decided to retire from his current role effective June 30, 2024. Jack Henry President and Chief Operating Officer Greg Adelson will become CEO and President effective July 1, 2024. Foss will remain with the company as Executive Board Chair.
