#FLORIDA LEADERSHIP IMPACT >>> LJA was proud to serve as a Corporate Sponsor of the Gulf Stream Council of Scouting America’s largest annual fundraiser, which raised over $750,000 and welcomed more than 800 guests at the Palm Beach County Convention Center. In attendance was our Florida leadership team, Betsy VanderLey, Bob Schanck, and Chuck Millar, who serves on the Executive Board of Directors. We were joined by partners including FPL, NextEra Energy, and Brookfield Kolter Lands in supporting this impactful event. The afternoon featured an inspiring keynote from Ryan Fitzpatrick, former NFL quarterback and current Amazon Prime Thursday Night Football analyst.
HTX ENGINEERING >>> LJA is proud to announce that the IH 610/IH 69 Interchange project with TxDOT Houston District was recognized as Houston Project of the Year at the 2026 ASHE Houston Section Awards! Delivered in partnership with CONSOR, AECOM, and Aguirre & Fields, this transformative mobility project reflects true collaboration. LJA designed two of the direct connectors/ramps and led all the overall drainage of the interchange, including detention mitigation and the reconstruction of three large pump stations. Congratulations to our project team, our partners, and TxDOT on this achievement!
