Definitely. I started as a BA – primarily focusing on QA activities. I wasn’t taken aback by the work I was doing, because there was a lot of learning in the context of the domain, systems, how the processes work, etc. As a fresher, you tend to think QA is where you stagnate, but this is where I grew. Once I had my foundation set right, there was no stopping me. Within a few years, I was working directly with the clients, going on on-site visits for direct customer interactions, handling consulting & tech projects, and now I'm leading the entire BA team in the organization. One thing about Manomay is you grow exponentially if you grab every single opportunity given to you – and this is the right platform. I have peers who have been doing the same job, the same role for the past 9 years, and here I am dealing with new challenges, new responsibilities, and a new role each day.
