MHA The Homestead has some special visitors come and see them on World Penguin Day. Residents and staff had a wonderful time with Pringle and Widget from Heythrop Zoological Gardens in Chipping Norton.

Six colleagues at MHA Anjulita Court are celebrating a combined 80 years of service! 🌟 Senior Carer May, Activity Coordinator Mickey, Nurse Gosia and Maintenance Worker John each celebrated their 15 years of service at the home. Hospitality Manager Colin, and Senior Carer Yasmeen both celebrated 10 years of service. Everyone received a certificate from home manager Ernie in recognition of their dedication to supporting older people. Congratulations everyone!

The Pontefract home first opened its doors on the 9th of April 1995, and 30 years later it’s still going strong.

MHA launched the Key to Me programme, their new approach to life story and reminiscence work, which enables care workers to build stronger relationships between residents, their families, and colleagues by learning more about their lives.

John and Margaret Wilson both live at the Stainton home and celebrated their 72nd wedding anniversary.
