🦋🎓 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭: 𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐭 Laura has been a steady, compassionate presence at Monarch for nearly six years. As a CNA and TMA at Parmly on the Lake in Chisago City, she brings care and dedication to her role every day — and now, she’s taking the next step by pursuing her nursing degree at North Hennepin Community College through the Monarch Education Assistance Program. Though quiet by nature, Laura’s actions speak volumes. Her commitment to growing her skills and deepening her impact is exactly what the Monarch Scholar program is all about. We’re proud to support her journey!

𝑻𝒉𝒆𝒔𝒆 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒇𝒂𝒄𝒆𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒆. 🧡 Last week, we celebrated National Nursing Assistants' Week with snacks, Monarch swag, and plenty of much-deserved recognition. This slideshow features photos of CNAs from across Monarch's network of skilled nursing care and assisted living facilities in Minnesota. Our CNAs are champions of long-term care: offering strength, compassion, and hands-on support at every moment. Their work is not always easy, but it is always essential. With every shift, they bring dignity, comfort, and connection to the people we serve. 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐂𝐍𝐀 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞.
