This team is very meticulous when it comes to choosing what parts go on our shelves! Come join #TeamOReilly and become part of our Merchandise Department as an Assistant Category Manager (ACM). The ACM is responsible for managing the products we sell. The ACM analyzes industry and O’Reilly data and visits key manufacturing facilities around the world to help chose the best supplier partners. The person in this position works with and learns from a Category Manager. The merchandise team is a great mix of industry veterans with 30+ years of experience and newer team members who graduated college in the past five years and are starting their careers. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, excellent communicator, and have a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
