We’re excited to welcome Jodi Despoy as our new Senior Vice President of Therapy Services, effective May 19, 2025! With over 25 years of experience in therapy operations, including leadership roles across multi-state teams. Jodi brings deep expertise, energy, and heart to our organization. She’s led national outpatient programs, supported innovative therapy delivery models, and is passionate about driving strong resident outcomes and team collaboration. A licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, Jodi is based in Valparaiso, Indiana. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, long walks, and a good book.
