Congratulations are in order to the four members of our 2026 graduating class of rotational analysts — Ethan Gardner, Ethan Lewis, Melinda Montes, and Jamie S.. Over the past two years, these four team members have rotated through Trimont's core business lines, gaining hands-on experience across credit administration, credit and asset management, loan servicing, investor onboarding, and more. To complete the program, each graduate presented a case study on a loan they were assigned during their first 90 days, learning how different teams across Trimont contribute to a loan's performance and servicing. Each of these individuals has now transitioned into a permanent role on the Trimont team, and we are proud of the growth, dedication, and contributions they have made along the way. Congratulations, Class of 2026. We look forward to seeing what comes next! #CRE #CommercialRealEstate #TeamTrimont
We commemorate Juneteenth, the oldest known celebration honoring the end of slavery in the United States. Also known as Freedom Day, its history dates to 1865, when news reached Texas declaring and enforcing that all enslaved people were free. Now recognized as a federal holiday, Juneteenth remains a day to reflect on a period in our history that continues to influence our society, and honor the resilience and contributions of Black and African Americans. This year, Trimont's Black Professionals resource group, VIBE, is marking the occasion with a celebration cookout to recognize the meaning of the day. How are you honoring Juneteenth this year? #Juneteenth2026
Happy Pride Month 🌈 June is a time to honor the history, achievements, and ongoing contributions of the LGBTQIA+ community — and at Trimont, we are proud to celebrate. To kick off the month, members of TriPride, our employee resource group dedicated to supporting and celebrating the LGBTQIA+ community, participated in AIDS Walk Charlotte to raise awareness and support HIV education, prevention, and care services. Throughout June, our teams across the globe are coming together through curated programming, storytelling, and community events. This week marks National Reconciliation Week in Australia (27 May – 3 June), a time to reflect on the recognition and rights of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Although this week is founded in Australia’s history, its message resonates globally: progress is built on understanding, respect, and accountability. At Trimont, we believe that valuing diverse perspectives makes us stronger collaborators, leaders, and partners. National Reconciliation Week invites us to pause and consider how we engage with one another—within our teams and in the communities we serve. It’s a reminder to create space for learning, listen with intention, and approach our work with greater awareness. #NationalReconciliationWeek #NRW2026

Trimont is honored to support this meaningful initiative and to recognize the dedication and teamwork of our KC colleagues. Congratulations to all participants, and thank you for making this year’s challenge a success! #KansasCityCorporateChallenge

In celebration of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month this May, we honor the rich history and enduring contributions of AAPI communities in the U.S. From early immigration and labor to leadership in business, government, science, and the arts, AAPI individuals have played a vital role in our nation’s progress. This year’s theme, Power in Unity: Strengthening Communities Together, highlights the value of learning across cultures and experiences. Throughout the month, #TeamTrimont will engage with AAPI stories and traditions through educational opportunities, cultural features, and local spotlights that showcase the diversity within AAPI communities. We invite you to join us in recognizing and celebrating AAPI Heritage Month. #AAPIHeritageMonth #DiversityAndInclusion #CulturalAppreciation
This Saturday, we recognize Anzac Day, reflecting on the courage and sacrifice of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps and all who have served since. While Anzac Day marks the Gallipoli landings, its significance extends to all who have contributed in times of war and peace. “Lest we forget” reminds us to remember their legacy and renew our commitment to peace. At Trimont, we honor those whose sacrifices continue to impact our world. #AnzacDay #Remembrance
At Trimont, we value the role each of us can play in supporting a healthier environment. In recognition of Earth Day, our team is participating in a small initiative to encourage greener spaces—distributing flower seed packets for #TeamTrimont to plant at home or in their community. Earth Day is a reminder that positive change starts with each of us—one seed at a time.🌱 #EarthDay2026 #OurPowerOurPlanet
