Business Admin Intern

The Business Administration Intern will support the daily operations and strategic growth of the brand. This role offers hands-on experience in managing a growing consumer goods business, focusing on operational efficiency and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers.
  • Support the processing of orders from online platforms Shopee and retail partners like Alpro Pharmacy.
  • Maintain organized digital records of sales, expenses, and customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate internal communications and assist with scheduling meetings.
  • Help document and refine standard operating procedures for the business.
  • Conduct market research on competitors in the sensitive skincare niche.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in the beauty and personal care industry is a plus.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
