Sinds de reorganisatie blijft er helaas minder ruimte over voor de Nederlandse werkwijze en cultuur.

1) Salary is a joke 2) Following masterclass: you get 1 week of training, then an IBO/FPIE contract for half a year -> you are not getting any benefits like an employee (vacation, pension) 3) quality of trainings is really low (just an account on udemy) 4) you are dropped at a client, then hear from alten a couple times a year 5) they promise a beautiful growth trajectory (to project management/team lead) when you start, but that's not how it really works, as they don't typically give those jobs for a consultant Better to go intern in a company, or another consultancy with better salary package
