James Dyson does not believe in WFH, so you’ll always need to be in the office. when you feel ill, it is being looked down upon. they say you need to adapt to change, but what it means is that literally nothing is organised. no HR / employee feedback. massive turnover. talent leaves quickly. rotten apples stay. also there are rumours employee rights in developing countries are equivalent to modern slavery.
