      - great infrastructure and tooling

      Minpunten

      - team-level agency has been whittled down to almost nothing - heavy top-down culture - opens offices one year, starts shutting them down the next - engineers get pushed to deliver minimal sets of features fast rather than thinking in terms of long-term quality and goals

      - Inaccurate job representation - Management is clueless, says AI in every sentence without meaning anything - TL had a personal issue with me being hired above him - Nitpickers in team - Pretty much everyone in the team is there just for the salary, not the future of the company - People will pretend to understand your personal circumstances, but in the end, they'll just look at the bottom line.
