Like other reviews say, very toxic culture. Management uses people. The founder publicaly shames people. They pretend to care about their personel during interviews but after the first week or two it becomes clear that everything is about the founders egos. If you want a fast burnout, work here.

The company is run by apathetic people, who seem to have found each other in negativity. From the founder (who enjoys putting people on the spot in public and cannot handle any criticism or self-reflection) to the HR and most managers, no one can be trusted. Information, like others said, will be at best ignored, at worse passed around and used against you. It is surreal to watch the "happy" employee posts on Linkedin and other social media stories praising the company when you know it from inside. The image shown during all the meetings is shallow, especially the "weekly wows" (praises always go to the same people, from the inner circle) while everybody is feeling stressed, down, or going to work with the fear of getting fired. No one grows there except for the management favorites "golden boys". Most of these men are not extra talented, just good friends with management inside and outside of work. Everybody is playing pretend and acting super fake around management to try to be spared from firing, or choosen. Noticeable when we are clapping at goodbye parties after the "thank you, you were soooo great, we hope you had a blast". Well, of course he didn't, we all know it: you pressured him, used him in your commercials and then fired him (keeping his on the website, and for future commercial use, of course). It's definitely a weird and surreal experience that leaves a bad taste in your mouth and some apprehension to find a "sane" company after that. Coming to the office 3 times a week feels like a punishment where you will hear office politics, rumors of people getting fired, saying goodbye to great colleagues, and feel a weird vibe. No amount of "Monday lunch", Ikea decoration (one of the projects keeping HR busy instead of basic people management), "dog days", and nice chats with colleagues can make up for it. This is not a company you can count on, definitely watch your back if you decide to join.
