Cons
The company sets arbitrary, unrealistic targets and has a habit of changing territories mid-year, which makes hitting growth goals nearly impossible. Internal disorganization is a major hurdle; as an AE, you spend most of your time maneuvering through outdated, slow, and time-consuming processes.
Marketing and partner support are minimal, leaving you to do the heavy lifting with little backup. Leadership feels completely disconnected from reality, practicing "dashboard management" with plenty of talk but no actual experience in the day-to-day grind. They are hyper-focused on New ACR (Annual Contract Revenue) at the expense of everything else. Consequently, it takes significant effort to retain existing customers without adequate incentives, leading to high churn for both customers and employees.
