New Relic is a great place to work and grow. It is multinational. Many people have different skillsets and experiences, and everybody is super helpful when needed. There is always a new thing to learn. The Tech stack is excellent and up-to-date. Besides, the product itself is awesome. Using our own product for monitoring and troubleshooting purposes during the development lifecycle inside the company is really fun.

Minpunten

The structure inside the company and tech knowledge are a bit complicated. But it is not a problem, and it can be understood with time. We use an internally built CICD tool that makes things complicated sometimes, it can make things harder for simple best practices. The company aims to improve the understanding of diversity and inclusion. There is a minority inside the company who is not ready yet for this.

New Relic truly walks the walk. I love that the company leans into a Challenger Mindset; it creates a dynamic where we are always improving and staying ahead of the curve. Even as a new hire, my perspective feels valued. Beyond the tech, the culture is unprecedented. Everyone is incredibly helpful and stays Accountable to one another. It’s rare to find a place that is this friendly while still maintaining a high bar for getting work done.

Minpunten

Still in the honeymoon phase, but navigating the vast amount of internal documentation can be a bit of a whirlwind during the first month; definitely feel like "drinking from a fire hose." While the team is supportive, the sheer volume of information can be overwhelming for a newcomer.
